A supportive, confidential, and caring group connecting with each other in mutual support. For individuals caring for a child or young person up to age 25 who is struggling with mental health or substance use issues.
Meet other parents and caregivers, make connections, share experiences, and learn or strengthen skills.

  • Mental health issues
  • Substance use
  • Strategies for wellness
  • Boundary setting
  • Communication skills
Meets the second and fourth Tuesday of each month, 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM.
